Visit Kete Waimakariri
Kete Waimakariri is a free web space where local groups or individuals can store images, records, and histories, and communities can share news and events. The aim of the Kete Project is to celebrate who we are and how we live and what we do, through photographs, video, audio footage and stories.
Kete is the Maori word for basket, and this kete is supported by Waimakariri Libraries and the Aotearoa Peoples Network Kaharoa.
Landmarks was established to recognise buildings, sites and structures of historic significance in the Waimakariri District.
