CINCH is a community directory developed by Christchurch City Libraries. Use it to find local clubs, courses and community groups. 
Citizens advice bureau
The Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, impartial and confidential information and assistance to the community. CAB usually operate from the Rangiora Library, but due to the temporary closure of the Chamber Gallery they are now operating from Dudley Park Pavilion in Church Street. They still have the same phone number - (03) 313 8822. Their hours are 9 am to 4.30 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9 am to 1 pm on Tuesdays.
