Rangiora LibraryThe Trevor Inch Memorial Library is an information centre, public library and home to the local Citizens Advice Bureau and Chamber Gallery.

Kaiapoi Library and Service Centre

Kaiapoi library. The Library and Service Centre at 125 Raven Quay, Kaiapoi, was demolished in August 2012 because of earthquake damage. A new Library, Service Centre, Museum and Art Space will be built on the same site.

Oxford LibraryThe Oxford Library is a great place to find a good read, surf the internet or browse the collection. Much more than a library, the Oxford Service Centre also provides council services, NZ Post and KiwiBank facilities.
